Holiday Carpet Company has five design centers strategically located in Southern California. Atascadero, Santa Maria, Santa Clarita, Westlake Village and Los Angeles showrooms provide comfortable environments and an array of flooring, countertop and window covering samples to serve the ever changing design needs of our builders clientele. Additionally our designers contract many of the other builder options ranging from appliances and cabinetry to alarm systems and closet organizers. Our focus is to provide the client with a full understanding of upgraded options in an environment that first establishes the builders appreciation for the purchase of the home regardless of upgrade purchases.

The selection process is one that has an underlying time schedule. Holiday Carpet Company understand the need to be efficient at the selection side of the process in order to give the builder sufficient lead time to order and install prior to the close of escrow date. Our designers have met clients on weekends, on holidays, in the evening hours and in many a location to achieve the option selections prior to construction critical path milestones.

The design staff is not the only team that meets builder and purchaser expectations. Our army of installation professionals is fully supported by an office and warehouse staff that understands that the smallest detail is always pivotal to the team’s success. Many of our installation partners have been with Holiday Carpet Company for over a decade. We assist our installation crews with full time Holiday Carpet Company foremen. The foreman, as installation field managers, will assure sight cleanliness and safety, accuracy of installation detail and quality control. Our field foreman often walks the community’s models because we appreciate the value of presentation to new home sales.
