Your builder and Holiday Carpet Company have partnered to make your option selection process a personally rewarding experience. You will be contacted shortly after you sign your Purchase Agreement and invited to spend a few hours with a designer that is completely familiar with your builders’ architecture, option choices and interior finish parameters. Your design professional is well versed in the construction schedule for your community and will help you meet the builders schedule for a timely delivery of your new home.
You will insure a fruitful design center appointment by doing a little homework. Below are suggestions that may help you in your preparation.
Your designer will help you decide on a concept in your new home and assist you by making selections consistent with that vision. Carrying the vision throughout the selection of appliances, cabinets, counters, flooring, window coverings, paint finish, furnishings and art will insure you stay on the right track. Holiday Carpet Company will guide you through the design arenas offered by your individual builder.
Your design center meeting may have a sense of urgency created by the builders’ needs to complete construction stages. These “cut-off “dates are developed to allow the builder the time necessary for ordering and professional installation of all the many components comprising your new home. Keeping on the construction schedule allows you to close escrow and move in to your new home in a timely fashion.
We realize your time is valuable and are dedicated to arranging an appointment that meets your busy schedule. Weekend appointments, while available, fill up fast. If possible, we recommend that you set up an appointment during the week during normal office hours. Many times we can check availability and order samples that day during a weekday appointment. Often a special request or inquiry to your builder can be answered during your appointment Monday through Friday. In addition, remember that a deposit on upgrade options will be required by your builder, so do remember to bring along your checkbook.
